Grandfather Mountain Campout

Grandfather Mountain stands nearly 6,000 feet tall in North Carolina and is known for its incredible views, rare wildlife, and ancient rock formations. On this campout, we will walk across the Mile High Swinging Bridge and hike challenging trails with great views that make the experience feel like a real adventure in the clouds. This camp out takes the place of our Mt. Mitchell campout which is still closed from Hurricane Helene. The hike planned for Grandfather Mountain will be accessible to all skill levels. We will be car camping at a campground.
